Briargrove Park is a family oriented, beautiful, neighborhood consisting of approximately 1480 homes. It is conveniently located in west Houston between Gessner and the Sam Houston Tollway, bordering Buffalo Bayou on the north and Westheimer Road on the south. Briargrove Park has one- and one-and-a-half story ranch-style homes that were built in the 1960's.

Briargrove Park has seen a steady increase in prices and popularity because it's close-in while still having a family oriented, somewhat suburban feel and homes with nice sized lots.

Prices start in the low $300's and go up to the $500's and occasionally over $1 million. Not much new construction in the area yet.
