Discovery Green is an ideal location as the city's newest attraction with it's thoughtful planning and "green" design" it's a true city haven. It is steps away from the new Houston Pavillions, a retail, dining, entertainment and office hub. Also close by is the Warehouse District, formerly an industrial zone, the Warehouse District has become popular with it's trendy residents, artists and their studios/galleries. For those that choose to live in the heart of Downtown, lofts are the norm although there are a couple of luxury high-rises.
