Katy, Texas was named by Business Week as the second fastest growing residential community in the U.S in a study published in Feb., 2009 titled " America's Biggest Boomtowns" the study was based on new home growth from 2000-2008.
Katy is located on Interstate Highway 10 and U.S. Highway 90 at the intersection of Harris, Fort Bend and Waller counties.
