Prices in this exclusive neighborhood start around $1 million dollars and go up and a little less for something priced at "lot value" only. New homes are being built on these million dollar lots offering the buyers the privilege of having a River Oaks address. Bordering River Oaks is Royden Oaks, Afton Oaks and Oak Estates, also considered great River Oaks neighborhoods but prices are slightly lower than River Oaks and the lot sizes tend to be a tad smaller.
