Midtown Real Estate

Houston Midtown has many real estate options, including lofts, townhomes, recently built single family homes as well as a few historic homes. There are really two Midtowns as there are  2 different zip codes. The Midtown Houston that is just a tad pricier and home to the restaurants, shops, pubs and coffee shops is in the same zip code as Montrose which is 77006 and is located closer to Downtown. The other Midtown that lies between Downtown Houston and the Medical Center is in the 77004 zip code and is closer to the Metro rail line which runs through Downtown Houston to the Medical Center.
